Marketing and consulting services are delivered as described in your signed service agreement. Active engagement and timely client cooperation are required for results.

PJC Media works with only one remodeling company per 30 mile radius. By engaging our services, you acknowledge this exclusivity commitment. If your territory is already claimed, we will inform you before any payment is processed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Jersey courts. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to pursue litigation against PJC Media to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with any signed service agreement, represent the entire understanding between you and PJC Media and supersede all prior discussions or representations. Time is of the essence.
