At PJC Media ("we," "us," or "our"), our goal is to be transparent and direct about how we handle payments and performance. This policy applies to purchases made through pjc-media.com and any service we deliver.
All payments to PJC Media are final and non-refundable. This includes deposits, monthly retainers, project fees, and any upfront commitments.
When you engage us, we begin allocating time, team resources, ad strategy, and creative development from day one. Refunds are not issued for any reason after payment.
Performance commitments, when they are part of your engagement, are defined in writing inside your individual service agreement. These commitments may include continued service at no additional fee until specific results are met. The exact terms vary by service and are spelled out in your signed contract.
If you have questions about performance terms before you commit, schedule a call with our team. We will walk through what is realistic, what we commit to in writing, and what falls on you to execute.
If payment is more than 3 calendar days overdue, services will pause until your account is brought current. Pausing does not refund any prior payments.
All advertising costs (Facebook ads, Google ads, and similar) are billed directly by the platforms and are your responsibility. These are not part of our service fees. Ad spend is not refundable through PJC Media.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback for any service purchased from PJC Media. Disputes should be raised directly with our team at support@pjc-media.com before any third party action.
By completing a purchase or signing a service agreement, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that it forms part of the terms of your engagement with PJC Media.
